Day 202 of 365 | 365 Self-Portrait Project

Today we walked all over Helsinki. We walked for hours this morning exploring it all. One thing that I love about Helsinki is that the people are so warm and friendly. Most speak English so it’s really easy to communicate. The city itself has a real Eastern European feel… the architecture feels very Russian. Apparently a lot of movies that are set in Russia are filmed on the streets of Helsinki.

To shoot a self-portrait of myself/ourselves every day for a year.
To push myself to be more creative as a photographer.
To learn different photography techniques and hone the craft.
To document a year in our life.
